Methods described in our books implemented in working software
We have been developing a new kind of enterprise architecture and decision-support capability.
The goal is to connect business value, architecture, process flows, regulatory evidence, authority/accountability, risk, and bounded AI opportunities — with every material conclusion traceable back to evidence and subject to human review.
It is intended particularly for complex or regulated transformations where a process may cross organizational boundaries and where simply asking “Can AI automate this?” is not enough.
Poll:
Would this kind of enterprise decision-support tool be useful in your organization?
Yes — strong need
Possibly — want to see it
Only for regulated work
Probably not
I would be especially interested in comments from enterprise architects, business architects, transformation leaders, compliance/risk professionals, and technology executives about what would make such a capability genuinely useful rather than just another architecture repository.
A working implementation for evaluating opportunities, comparing implementation scenarios, documenting architecture decisions, and connecting proposed investments to measurable outcomes and decision evidence. Includes the Federated Enterprise Opportunity Assessment (FEOA) for evaluating opportunities that require coordinated value, authority, evidence, and implementation across independent organizations.
Validated development baseline. Demonstrations available on request.
A synthetic community-bank mortgage case showing how ROI‑EA, ERIR, FACEM and BACRM separate calculation, regulatory evidence, organizational authority and bounded-AI support—without allowing the software to make a credit decision.
The demonstrator includes controlled spreadsheet ingestion, deterministic financial comparisons, evidence-gap abstention, a four-layer execution trace, a viable manual path and pending qualified-human disposition.
It does not establish approval, denial, eligibility, pricing, compliance, fair-lending performance, production effectiveness or realized ROI.
A working implementation for connecting regulatory sources, interpreted requirements, accountable actions, implementation evidence, and operating decisions through traceable records.
ERIR supports federated operating arrangements, but regulatory intelligence remains useful outside a federation
